Far too muscular for me. She's attractive enough. A woman should be soft not hard. I can appreciate the hard work that goes into a body like that but I am all for the yoga body. I can see the appeal.

People always think that women such as that feel hard. She's pumped for a photo shoot. Just walking around she feels plump and luscious

Because we like strong fit women?

Sure it is Dom. I just did legs yesterday and my quads aren't hard unless I flex. Besides women have a thicker layer of fat than men

Are you talking about both sexes because the guys i know who used to body build are now balls of fat. Because their diets never changed. I eat about 3500 calories right now to feed my activity as well as my base needs. If I continued to eat that way and not work out 6 days a week my body would store the excess as fat. But muscle itself does not turn into fat. The inactivity would cause it to simply shrink in size. I was out of the gym for 2 months and lost 20 pounds of muscle. I was actually lighter, but I changed my diet as well

I don't know how anyone could consider that not fit. I said strong and fit. To each his/her own. As you age you will start to lose muscle mass the only way to combat that is to strength train. Build muscle. the other benefit is that it builds bone. You bones will become thicker and more dense. So you will be combating the fractures that plague older people.
