I don't have a problem with "I'm female and born in the body of a male" (or vice versa)... but... until HE has the "lower masculine appendage" removed, HE will still be a HE in my book... because anyone that is really a woman "inside" wouldn't want to have a penis (and it's not like HE couldn't afford the surgery to switch equipment). For the record, last I heard HE is not having it removed. Oh... and a penis bearer that likes women... isn't a lesbian (unless they are an "honorary" one). Regardless... If 'she' calls 'herself' a 'woman', and prefers to sleep with 'women' 'she' must believe 'she's' a lesbian... I'm her to please. He can call himself a woman all he likes. He's still, completely and utterly by CHOICE, got the equipment of a man. I'd cut someone that couldn't afford the surgery a break... but that's not the case here. He could have had it done at the same time he had the boobs put in. He hasn't done it because he doesn't want to. And if he's so "attached" to keeping it, he must be more man than woman. A man that sleeps with women is not a lesbian (unless they are an "honorary" one).

It appears that you have a bit of a problem understanding it all also...
True?

Nope. I have no problem understanding transgenderism.
Pick one and go with it.
He'd get sympathy from me if he came out as a hermaphrodite born in a mono-sex body (because they use the "unwanted part" to surgically create the "wanted part"... so since as a hermaphrodite he wouldn't have an "unwanted part" to create the "wanted part" from, he'd be screwed). But that's not what he did.
He came out as "a woman trapped in a man's body"... o.k. ... he has the money... he needs to get out of that "man's body".

"Gender identity and sexual orientation are not the same. Sexual orientation refers to an individual’s enduring physical, romantic, and/or emotional attraction to another person, whereas gender identity refers to one’s internal sense of being male, female, or something else. Transgender people may be straight, lesbian, gay, bisexual, or asexual, just as nontransgender people can be. Some recent research has shown that a change or a new exploration period in partner attraction may occur during the process of transition. However, transgender people usually remain as attached to loved ones after transition as they were before transition. Transgender people usually label their sexual orientation using their gender as a reference. For example, a transgender woman, or a person who is assigned male at birth and transitions to female, who is attracted to other women would be identified as a lesbian or gay woman. Likewise, a transgender man, or a person who is assigned female at birth and transitions to male, who is attracted to other men would be identified as a gay man."

Good for him , her, we , it , them , they, whomever. her Him. He still has a "willy". When he changes THAT, then Caitlyn (I have no problem using the new name for him... people change their names all the time and males have "traditionally" female names often too {I went to school with a couple of guys that had been given "female" names when they were born}) will be a "Her/She".

The deal with Cait is certainly no skin off The Pilgrims ass.. It doesn't effect me any more than the Popes opinion on most things... But I do on occasion try to understand it all.

On the "what are they... male or female?" front... While he's still a he as long as he has his penis... a simple solution to most issues about transgenderism could be solved by legislating co-ed facilities instead of male and female separated/segregated bathrooms and locker rooms. I mean that IS where most of the issue lies anyway... Which one does he qualify for now?
He "feels like" a woman... so should he be allowed in the women's locker room? He is, biologically, a man with a penis... so should he be required to use the men's locker room?
Since everyone knows (in general terms) what everyone has (women have boobs and a vagina, men have boobs {well... all men have breast tissue and SOME have bigger ones than some women do!} and a penis) what everyone has anyway... just go co-ed, and have a few "stalls" for those that think their parts are so amazingly special that people would be either awestruck or dumbfounded by their very presence.

Absolutely reprehensible! What a sick freak! He's far more dangerous than Fred Phelps, as he has a huge congregation. So much for "loving the sinner." A controversial Arizona preacher has prayed for Caitlyn Jenner’s ‘heart to explode right now’, while telling his congregation that it’s not wrong to pray for the deaths of your enemies. Pastor Stephen Anderson – most famous for predicting an AIDS-free Christmas if all gay people were executed – prayed for God to rip out Caitlyn’s heart and cast her soul into Hell.
