Tea pickers are paid 91p less than one UK pound a day approx (60-70 US cents) for 6 days a week.

I forget to add that the tea pickers work 17 hour days.

I would like to see a brand of tea that states it pays fair wages. Fair wage tea, I'd buy it. I'm not so big on Tetley now.
