Gwyneth Paltrow explains what she meant about moms who work 9-5 jobs In a recent interview with E! Paltrow commented that while there are "challenges" with working a 9-5 job and being a parent, it’s "not like being on set" of a Hollywood film. It was an unfortunate comment, and one that received predictable backlash. The New York Post published a humorous open letter to Paltrow. “‘Thank God I don’t make millions filming one movie per year,’ is what I say to myself pretty much every morning as I wait on a windy Metro-North platform, about to begin my 45-minute commute into the city.”

I understand her point but in an age where the internet has made everything so in your face I would hope that this mother would understand that E took things out of context and that she had other words to follow it's like taking one line from a book and ranting about it like it was the total of what is in the book.
Plus does anyone expect a famous rich person to understand real life? I don't, and would have just let it pass as yet another outrageous and clueless statement.
Yet we live in a age where every rich person is so in the spotlight all the time that we hear the inane ramblings of clueless fools all the time. Including the mother who ranted.
