 PLAYBOY model Dani Mathers has been spotted meeting up with her lawyers after it emerged she now faces criminal charges and six months in jail for body-shaming a pensioner getting changed at a gym. The 29-year-old was condemned online after she posted a picture of an unsuspecting woman in a gym changing room with the caption “if I can’t unsee this then you can’t either” on Snapchat. Earlier this week, the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD), who have now identified the victim in the photo – who is in her 70s – said they are recommending prosecution for dissemination of private images which carries a sentence of up to six months in jail. A couple of months ago, Allison brought us the tale of the bunny shit-brained Playboy Playmate named Dani Mathers who thought it would be a good idea to take a picture of a naked lady in the locker room of her gym and put it on Snapchat with the note, “If I can’t unsee this then you can’t either.” The only thing I couldn’t unsee is that dumb fuck move. The lady had no idea that Dani took her picture, and Dani later mouth sharted out some dingle about how it was an “accident” and supposed to be a joke between friends. That little joke got Dani Mathers banned from all L.A. Fitness locations and she was pink-slipped from her radio job. The police also opened up an investigation against her. It is such a big mess that not enough Hugh Hefner’s former clean-up supervisor Holly Madison can clean it up. And it may get worse for Dum Dum Dani, because the lady whose naked body was made fun of has been tracked down by the cops and she wants that evil bunny bitch to pay! 8 TMZ says that the LAPD wants to make an example out of 29-year-old Dani Mathers, and so they tracked down the lady who was the object of Dani’s foolery. The woman, who is in her 70s, is reportedly cooperating with the cops and is willing to testify against Dani. The lady also wants Dani to regret the day she ever fucked with her. Dani is facing a misdemeanor charge for “Dissemination of Private Images” and if she’s found guilty, she could get up to 6 months in the clink. The L.A. City Attorney currently has the case and is deciding whether or not to hit Dani with a charge. No word yet if that lady also plans to sue the porcelain dominoes teeth out of Dani’s mouth too. Dani’s lawyer Tom Mesereau, who was Michael Jackson’s lawyer in his child molestation case, called TMZ’s story a “rumor” in a statement to the NYDN. “ the rumor is not correct. Dani Mathers never tried to hurt anyone at any time, and certainly never tried to break any law.”
Dani probably won’t even get 6 milliseconds in jail for this, but soon she’ll be banging on the doors of the county jail and begging them to let her ass in. If that 70-something-year-old lady is anything like the 70-year-old women I know, she’s going to add “DESTROY THAT TRICK DANI MATHERS” to her bucket list. Don’t mess with a senior citizen who’s got nothing but time and energy from working out. It also won’t be hard for that lady to recruit a bunch of abuelitas from the NOT THE ONES gang, because they’re always looking for a reason to pull their switches out.

If the girl on the right is the one in question she is hardly a stunning beauty herself.
Her behaviour is despicable; it is none of her business if an older person wishes to strip naked in a gym.
But I do feel that to send this idiot to prison is excessive.
Perhaps she should be sentenced to community service in an old people's home?
